On February 23rd, forty residents from Shirley, Otter Point, and Jordan River gathered to discuss Future Development. The meeting, led by OPSRRA president Chris Moss, covered the governance of the Juan de Fuca Electoral Area and emphasized preserving its rural character amid development pressures.
