Rogers to Extend Cell Service to Port Renfrew

Rogers announced that it is expanding its wireless network in B.C., including 5G, to provide reliable connectivity along Highways 16 and 14. Rogers expects to build seven cell towers between Sooke and Port Renfrew plus a Wi-Fi Hotspot at the Sombrio Rest Area. The work is estimated to be complete by October 2021.
